SunJack USB Battery Charger for Rechargeable AA/AAA Ni-Mh and Ni-Cd Batteries

Features

RECHARGES AA AND AA NI-MH/NI-CD BATTERIES from most USB power sources: US battery banks, most cellphone USB chargers and laptops. Works well with SunJack battery packs: SunJack 4000 mAh Fast-Charge Battery or SunJack 8000 mAh Quick-Charge Battery.
PERFECT FOR HOME AND ON-THE-GO USE: Perfect to have at home for all those battery-powered items around the house. Then, take it with you On-The-Go. Great for camping, travelling, the beach, emergency-preparedness kits and many more outdoor activities. Use it with a SunJack Solar Panel and SunJack batter pack to have re-charging capabilities even in remote areas with no electrical outlets.
SMART CHARGING: Each battery is monitored and charged to capacity separately. Mix and Match different batteries in the same charge. Individual LED indicator lights turn from red to green when each battery is fully charged.
FAST & EASY: 500mA charge rate charges most Ni-Mh AA batteries to capacity in 4-5 hours without overheating. You can be using that toy or tool quickly without having to search for or buy new batteries.
SAVES MONEY AND THE ENVIRONMENT: Using rechargeable batteries helps save the environment of old, worn-out batteries and saves you the cost of continually having to buy new batteries.
Works just as advertised, plus the actual recharge times while in my car dc port are actually shorter than advertised. The only downsides are that the plastic cover is really hard/sticky to open, and the individual charging slots are a little loose for AAA batteries, so just a little jolt and they fall loose and won't charge, therefore it is important to put it in a place that is safe from vibrations.

Works great, though I use it with an Anker power bank rather than trying to have it live up to its name with my solar chargers, and packs away nicely to fit in with my battery operated things without hogging all of the space in the bag.

Another great thing about it is that batteries are charged individually rather than in pairs or completely full like some other compact chargers, With this one you can charge a single battery, or four of them, and mix AA and AAA cells. SunJack USB Battery Charger is just great.

The only bad thing about it, minus the constant input requirement that makes it useless for charging from a solar panel, is that it charges slower than any of my other chargers. It'd be nice if they were able to draw more power when it is available and speed up the charge time,
